I’m on a mission to reclaim my health. Life and a high stress job led me to forming many unhealthy habits, leaving me living in fear for my future self. Using current research on wellness, I made small changes that have helped me achieve better health and fitness and put me on the path to meet my goals.

Each week, I post a blog in which I share simple changes you can implement that can improve your well being.  I love to cook as there’s nothing like food to help us reconnect to those we love.  Our memories are tightly woven with cooking and food.  Cooking has been very therapeutic for me and makes me feel like I have control over my health and well being.

I’m a certified Dr Sears Wellness Institute Health Coach and  Yoga Alliance 200 hour Yoga Teacher.  As a certified health coach, I make healthy living accessible for all by keeping it simple. As a yoga instructor, I make movement of the body accessible for all, through use of modifications and props.  Many times health can feel overly complicated, but I’ve found ways to show people that small targeted changes can empower them to live healthier lifestyles. I’m available to discuss your journey and happy to share some ideas.  Small changes have helped me achieve health and fitness and I love to share my journey with others.  Together we can reclaim our health and live longer, healthier, active lives.
